Cold weather. Fighting through the cold to get to being warm is so much more tolerable than fighting through the heat to get to being cool. And yeah, a lot more feasible in most situations to bundle up than to remove layers. Of course, I live in a desert so I savor the 30-90 days of tolerable weather before dealing with the Long Summer again. The heat is like stepping into a convection oven sometimes. The wind just feels like a heater blowing in your face. Staying cool is expensive to do well with an A/C, and evaporative cooling doesnt always work well. Meanwhile, blankets are cheap.
I like weather that you really experience. So both cold and hot basically. I like it when the cold makes your face numb, but at the same time I can really enjoy stepping from an air conditioned building in to outside heat. Or the first warm sun rays in the spring. Or the first freezing rain. Or a good windy storm that won't let you stand upright.
I don't like it when everywhere is the same temperature. So when it's 20° C in the house, but when you step outside you don't feel any difference. That's just boring

Cold weather. You can always wear more clothes, but ypu can only take so many off. Nice to be able to go outside without sweating constantly.
