People pay a subscription for Carrot, a weather app that makes reading the weather more inconvenient because you must decode what the witty funny offensive le random notification actually wants to say about the weather first.
I would love to see a weather notification that said "raining frogs" because it could be a joke, but it could also be real because that's something that actually happens in real life sometimes. The OP makes me think a tornado tore through a Taco Bell.
