Venues which cater to families often mount sinks at multiple heights. It looks like this bathroom has the left sinks mounted at adult height, while the right sinks are mounted at child height. You can see the stairstep in the countertop in photos 3 and 4. The only thing which doesn't match up is photo 5, which I suspect has been mirrored.
If you look at the pictures @Dampyr@piefed.social posted above, the bathroom table thing looks a lot higher in two of the 4 pics. In the two there it's lower, there's a step at the left of the picture. So it's probably sinks for children (Edit: and other smaller entities, including but not limited to flamingos).
Nope. Mirrors show consistent and expected positions for each bird's head and coloration. AI is really bad at handling mirrors. It's real. And it's a cool photo.

I'm confused about their height. Is there a foot deeper of straw laid down in photos 2 and 3?
Edit: given the black square tiles and the hand dryer, I guess two different bathrooms are pictured.

Just looked it up and the tallest species of flamingo grows up to 1.5m in height. They look a lot taller in this picture.

Yeah, and add to that the layer of straw and it fits.

Could be a kids bathroom

Not necessarily. I just saw that the floor here is matted with straw or whatever and it seems like quite a thick layer.

I am overcome with the desperate desire to share this meme with someone, but I don't know who.
