Probably same as for Mikudayo, not intended to be creepy but turning out creepy as fuck (which made them popular, so maybe it was a marketing decision at the end)

Macho Man Dragons is classic and great.
There is also one that replaces every single sound in the game with just some kid making the effects with their mouth.
