Disney and Nintendo are usually the ones with a bullshit or evil legal action. Valve is usually the target of because they're very pro-consumer and thus hard to compete with. Bad actors want to come in an enshittify for profit and are functionally blocked by Valve's existence.
The exception of this is the whole gambling bullshit with CS2 skins, which Valve deserves to be legally scrutinized for. But as far as evil corporate bullshit, Valve is extremely tame.
