It's a people's democratic republic, not a democracy silly!
What does that mean? Well, you see: Having the word "people", "democratic" AND "republic" in your name makes you sound like a great place and gives you an aura of legitimacy.

It's not a dictatorship, it's an absolute monarchy. So not a republic, and definitely not for the people.
