Nono. You see, Israel wanted to bomb Iran, but the US knew that if that were to happen, Iran would attack the US. Therefore someone should stop this situation! So they bombed Iran harder to avoid the retaliation from Israel's planned attack. What else could they have done?
Again, capability and intelligence vs morality. Unlike Netanyahu and his ilk, Putin knows not to bite off more than he can chew and his enemies are getting billions of Western aid so he can't just bomb them to smithereens (though he still tries). From his career in general and his actions in Ukraine specifically it's clear he's fundamentally the same kind of fascist colonialist scum as Netanyahu (and the Israeli ruling class more broadly).

Another fact israel control the west bank and Russia control crimea. The situation in the west bank is a lot worse. Both have the same capability there to do all types of crimes againat humanity. Anyway both are war criminals
I think both are pretty equally awful, I think much like military capabilities, Putin's rhetoric is restrained by his need to have allies. Just like weapons cover, isreal is emboldened by allies that will back them no matter what they say or do. Putin still walks the line to the maximum amount of evil he's allowed to be without triggering ww3.
Both has very limited restrictions by their allies . The situation is the occupied west bank is worse than the situation in the occupied Crimean with both side have full control on them
