teft@piefed.social · 5 pts · 182d (9 replies)

Is it shitty foodporn or shittyfood porn. Because this one is definitely the latter.

There's always a relevant xkcd.

Clent@lemmy.dbzer0.com · 3 pts · 182d (5 replies)

There's always a "There's always a relevant xkcd" comment after the always relevant xkcd.

ulterno@programming.dev · 2 pts · 181d (4 replies)

There isn't a "There’s always a relevant xkcd." comment after the relevant xkcd, same as there isn't always a "There’s always a \“There’s always a relevant xkcd\” comment after the always relevant xkcd." comment after every "There’s always a relevant xkcd." comment.

Apparently the place can be used for both

This community is for shitty pictures of food and pictures of shitty food.

But I'll maintain my point, this is food horror.

Half of British culinary history

One of my greatest shames was making a full english breakfast pizza. I was being sent to Basildon for a whole week, week after week for and endless project I was doing and I think the project and the boredom of that Holiday Inn was making me insane. The hotel had one of those machines that make you a pancake. I ended up getting a few of those and assembling them into a pizza base, adding some tomatoes, bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, hash browns, mushrooms and black pudding to make it look like a pizza and then tucked in.

Honestly, it was fantastic, my colleagues never looked at me the same way again though.

Swap the beans for corned beef and I'm in.

actionjbone@sh.itjust.works · 4 pts · 182d

Those ingredients CAN go well together, but NOT in that configuration.

Aralakh@lemmy.ca · 3 pts · 182d (1 reply)

Not even any apparent signs of seasoning (salt & black pepper), shitty food porn indeed.

threelonmusketeers@sh.itjust.works · 4 pts · 182d

Also, British indeed.

Most appealing br*tish foods

NigelFrobisher@aussie.zone · 2 pts · 181d

The beans and egg must never touch. Clearly the efforts of a fifth columnist trying to destabilise ‘er maj’s empire.
