My thought process is I know peeling likely doesn't do anything much, but I just want to eat my damn vegetables without worrying about malformed cells a lot of the particles will be stuck on the outside of the vegetable so I'll remove it by peeling it.
By cooking with fresh vegetables instead of eating industrialized food, you're already reducing your microplastics intake and helping reduce microplastics in the world
This is the sort of logic I use for justifying donating blood every 56 days. It probably technically helps reduce the microplastics in my blood, but there's no way it's a noticable effect. But I'm going to do it anyway.

I assume the microplastics would be in all parts of the vegetable so might as well get those nutrients 🤷♀️

So if you get a vasectomy, does that mean the plastic won't be able do get out?

Probably yes.
