Yeah that’s about right for Fields’ value as a quarterback. He’s a bad starter, could be an elite backup. So at least he’s getting the opportunity to show that he can be an elite backup.

Yeah, this might be one the their most impressive moves in... a long ass time. Man, the Jets. Reminds me of the Curb episode where the one friend dies because of the torment the Jets kept putting him through.

The Jets were actually making a number of wise strategic personnel moves this year… until Geno. I am not really sure what to make of that.
Also if it was any team other than the Jets their fans may have some hope.
