- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz St Germain
- 3/4 oz Lillet blanc
- 3/4 oz Lemon juice
- Absinthe dash
Shake everything with ice and serve.
I'm not sure the elderflower is supposed to be in there, but it works well for me. It's a fairly sweet cocktail, but there is enough citrus to balance it out. Nice way to start the weekend!

The recipe I follow doesn’t include St Germain but I can see it working well in this! It can be fairly overpowering to me so I’d probably start with just a dash at first. Either way, looks fantastic.
