Surprising it actually contains drugs that are prescription-only in most countries. As in, I'm surprised the product actually works as advertised, and isn't just some bullshit "aphrodisiac" supplement or something like that.
I'm also wondering how much they charged for it, because sildenafil isn't cheap, at least not in my experience. I suppose they might have gotten their hands on some expired lot?
Same as most gas station boner pills. It's cheaper and easier to just compound the real stuff than it is to come up with something else. When they get caught they "change the formula" and put it right back on the market.
It's less about the boner being massive, and more about the boner staying up for hours and thus resulting in a blood clot that could then pass to your heart or brain and kill you
