Keep in mind these batteries were initially designed for the european market where plug in solar is legal and regulated. Power outages are extremely rare in Europe. I've personally never experienced a single power outage in my life here in Germany.
These batteries don't allow you to provide your house with backup power, because no one in Europe cares about that and wants to spend thousands extra for a setup that would allow backup power to the house.
That may have been true for the steam machine, but the Steam Deck absolutely got scalped heavily at release. I know, because I was one of those scalpers. (I was a poor student that had to make ends meet somehow) If you had hundreds of old steam accounts, for example because you botted CS:GO item drops, then it was very easy money
I'm trying really hard to make it until the Motorola phone releases, but the battery on my S23 ultra is getting noticeably worse every month 😔 Might have to pick up a used Pixel in the meantime
Well, there are some subreddits that simply do not have an equivalent community on Lemmy, or any other place on the internet. /r/steroids for example. Eroids.com is fine, but does not have the same quality standards when it comes to moderation
Why did you have access to their desktops? And surely you could have come up with some other methods to fuck with them if you had access to their desktops
People looked at the source code. Presumably because of you tried to post something that's blocked you just got an indescriptive error message, and they were trying to fix the "error" themselves
Yeah, the disgusting food from my grandparents (and to some extent my parents) must at least partially be to blame for me becoming a picky eater. Which is a really difficult thing to unlearn
Something being the norm and something being good are two different pairs of shoes, that's not hard to grasp, right? Or should we go back to having slavery since that used to be the norm?
Yeah, my Wii U also died because the Nand got corrupted from not being powered on for over a year 😔
There is a bypass to do it offline

Still deserves the spot on the list though

Plenty of batteries allow you to do that
You can also run Hackintosh if you have a AMD gpu or older Intel integrated graphics

Joking aside, it was down because it got Reddit hugged to death, since a post on the frontpage of /r/all mentioned it in the top comment.
Now it's back online
Try an ozone generator (but absolutely do your research on how to use it safely, inhaling ozone is very dangerous)
Hotels use them for rooms that have been smoked in, and used car dealers on smokers cars

My Spotify offline library takes up more than 128gb alone

Her main account (which was once the reddit account with the highest amount of karma) is not banned and still a moderator of many big subreddits

Also on many cars it would not even provide enough amps to even engage charging at all, many want at least 10 amps to charge over ac
There is only so much you can do to achieve that. If temperatures are in the upper 30s for an entire week. You can't keep the heat out forever
I was gonna argue that to avoid ruining a non-stick pan you don't have to restrict what you're cooking, and how you're cooking it.
But then I remembered you can't heat up non-stick pans hot enough to sear a steak without ruining them and inhaling toxic teflon fumes

Alright, I stand corrected. I admittedly did not read the article before commenting, so I did not know they used depleted uranium.
Although my point about uranium ore being cheap is still technically correct 🤓
