Recommend taking the teddy bear, the roll of duct tape and the copy of 101 Things A Boy Can Do out of the basket and putting them in a properly zipped up backpack, where casual passersby can't see them.

Yes. I've now graduated to yearly checkups rather than 6 monthly ones. I have nothing but good to say about Peter Mac in general and the treatment I got there.
Spent a while putting away laundry that had piled up today. Whilst not my preferred way to spend a day off, it was a few hours not looking at a screen and it was nice to do a task like that without the sense I needed to get it done as soon as possible because I had something else I had to be doing.
Blood test done. Didn't pass out in the chair like the last one I had. And it was next to the cafe I went to yesterday so I was able to do take 2 on the bacon and egg wrap. Yep, a bit of barbecue sauce fixes the dryness and adds some nice zing
After a month of LG giving me the run around on a repair to my vacuum cleaner I went back via Harvey Norman and had the issue fixed in a couple of minutes. I am finally able to get back to a proper cleaning schedule. It is frustrating that so many big companies now have such abysmal customer service.
All the seeds have been successfully planted. Fingers crossed for some decent germination. I'll have a couple more beds available once the tomatoes finish.
Another glorious looking day out there today. Which is good, because I have lots of gardening planned. I sorted out my seeds & did a bit of garden bed prep yesterday, so today will be seed planting day. A variety of onions, root vegetables, brassicas, plus some lettuce and herbs.
Facebook is fucking trash. Spent last night mitigating an attempt by bad actors to access my account. I almost fell for it too.
Deleted my Instagram account, which will take effect next month, and am now trying to figure out how to get rid of my Facebook without losing the fam chat. It's been impossible to get them to move platforms, even though dad and I are in agreement that we don't want a FB account anymore.
I think I'll scrub as much of my personal data as possible and deactivate it. At least until the fam moves platforms.
Of course one of the more relevant answers about keeping chat history is deleted… but there’s at least some discussion in there.

I’m trying to work out how worried to be at some rando using one of my emails for their instagram (I’ve changed the password on seeing that and checked logins). Wondering if I should go delete their account. Seeing as I can’t make them use their own email.

Re your email and insta, you might be able to access that insta account and take ownership (2fa and whatnot), then deactivate it. That way you will get notified if they try to access and activate it again
Yeah, it’s such a hassle. Increasingly getting forced into social media to stay in touch with people and then having to constantly defend the accounts when they’re compromised…
If I was smart I’d make a different email for myself and then nuke that old one. It just involves lots of changing things and authenticating for each account to switch them out… I ask you why couldn’t they have had that level of vigilant checking when someone used my email 🤨

have very mild surface veins in my legs, maybe wear some high elastic socks
apparently I'm really healthy and have good joints, just have to do some extra weight training for my legs
