There's listenbrainz if you scrobble music. Can discover music from there or some projects might try to do Playlist recommendations. navidrome has a plugin that does this though i haven't tried it because i don't scrobble to external services

Uh, Roon is not FOSS. I don't think it should be there.
Logitech Media Server hasn't existed under that name for about 15 years. However, it is still being maintained and improved under the name Lyrion Music Server, after the original code/design was freed and released, IUUC.
Gelli was nice but is also no longer active.
