When I've interrogated this they usually mean emergency room care. I guess they think if someone is bleeding out we need to check their papers first before we decide if they deserve to live.
I think they're a linguistic prescriptivist who is passive-aggressively saying the it should be "has thought" because "none of them" is technically singular.
Doesn't matter though, because we all understand what the meme is saying.
it turns out it was the gop "helping/giving undocumented JOBS", or helping them in one form another. like florida with cuban,south american immigrants via evangelical groups.
