Lots of stuff happening. The shatter buff stands out as one to bring an already strong card into must pick. Heck I've even picked it on orbless builds when I need cheap aoe.
Also the new neow blessings and changes to tezcataras candle seem fun. Can't wait to fuck up my runs at neow by picking other characters.
