You can convert YouTube links to invidious, just replace the YouTube section with the invidious instance. Example:

I'm really sorry. Unfortunately, I don't know what you mean by 'ID', as I usually don't deal with IDs 😅. I normally just go to Invidious.io, select an instance there, and enter regular search terms to watch a video, just like on the real YouTube channel. That's it.
