How come if you get charged with a minor Felony and it's knocked down to a misdameanor they still take your dna like your were convicted of the felony instead of the misd?

And how come it goes on your record as a felony even if you are found not guilty? The cops pull up your sheet and DNA is still entered into the system and no longer to own a gun or whatever like your pled guilty.?

You're assuming this justice system is fair in the first place.

Because they can.

LMAO. There are corrupt pedophiles walking free. There are no laws or justice in the USA.

Might depend on your state. There are no gun ownership or voting restrictions where I live for pleading down to a misdemeanor.

Also, Fuck the police.

Bruh I got fingerprinted and it's probably in a FBI database for a stupid school fight and I was a minor at the time. And there was no conviction. It didn't matter regardless.

Welcome to the world. Its full of bullshit.

Oh btw if you're an adult and wanna immigrate to another country, you're gonna have tl give them your fingerprints and probably even a 3d face scan nowadays (probably even DNA tests in the future).

I think it will depend on State Law, but high court misdemeanors are treated like felonies.
