The subject of a year-long undercover investigation, Cuevas was arrested in January after allegedly paying an undercover officer $1,500 for three fully automatic weapons and three Glock-style pistols with obliterated serial numbers.

That sounds like a helluva deal.

The terms "fully automatic" and "Glock-style" are annoying in how vague they are, but before you ding the journalist for being ignorant of guns, keep in mind the source of these phrases is likely the police report or the press release.

Glock gen 3 clones are insanely popular so describing one as “glock style” might actually be pretty accurate.

But yes, thats how they describe them in the police report. Rifles converted to full auto (frt? I didnt realize that was illegal in al) and “glock style” pistols.
