If something says it will take so many "calendar days" would you include weekends and bank holidays?

Of course, that's what calendar days are, your bank has it backwards.

they should have said business days. that means no weekends and holidays. calendar days sounds to me like your intentionally saying all days are considered.

I'm struggling to think of any days that aren't on the calendar.
