yeah, coming from us west coast cities these prices are on the cheap side. A couple were so good I'd assume they were rent scams if I saw them in portland or SF (location depending). Which really drives home how bad it is out here, so like damn, mission accomplished...

Are you calibrating to local wages though? So that it's relatively high. Wages in SF are higher than Dublin for sure.
