COSMIC Desktop's Frosted Glass Is Giving Windows Aero Vibes

I immediately thought legibility would be screwed, but then I saw the sliders that control blur and transparency. It could work.

Definitely not for me, but I can see some people liking this.

But how lickable is it? I always wanted to lick aero and aqua.

I dig it. I know it'll kill performance a bit but on beefier machines it probably won't be noticable.

I am just not sold on COSMIC yet. It has me stuck on an older version of Pop!_OS. They should have given current users the option to stay on the old DE until COSMIC is out of beta.

Weird to compare it to Windows when you could compare it to Compiz from the same era.
