That one person? The manager or owner. When I worked at a bar if you kicked off at a FoH like this you’d be asked to calm down or leave. It’s better that way so a chef who’s probably running on 6 hours sleep and lethal-to-normal-humans blood caffeine levels doesn’t come out to see why you made a staff member cry. Also, no touchy the staff, thanks.
