He acts totally normal and doesn't really have any other signs of anything being wrong other than his eyes getting watery and slightly goopy.
He's growing and eating and playing well, so I'm not too worried about him at this point. I clean his eyes and give him special eye drops when I'm there and it usually eases up the issue considerably. Barn cats are almost always experiencing some kinda eye thing, as it's part of the environment. These cats have a job to do and if their condition gets too bad, a vet is called.
That being said, I'd totally adopt Broccoli Cheddar if I could afford it, but I cannot.
Most of the kittens this year have gotten adopted, which makes me really happy. French Onion got a home and I think someone has eyes on Lobster Bisque.

Would you say he's half feral? Totally tame? Domesticated?

He's def domesticated lol. He just lives outside but would do fine indoors. I was interacting with him from the time he was a few days old, at the request of the farm owners, to make sure he didn't go feral.
