Few things in life are more precious than leftover lasagna. I've only had a handful of lasagna nights end with anything leftover.

I have a cousin that apparently never eats leftovers. They always throw out what doesn't get eaten.

Not only is that wasteful but I pity anyone who does this as a rule as so many meals are better the second day! Also it's nice to have home cooked meals every night while only properly cooking a few times a week.

Also if you never have leftovers then you need to scale up. I have an enormous lasagne dish (it even says lasagne on the side), and for years it always left us with heaps of leftovers for freezing. Now the kids are getting older and it only does two days. When they are teenagers I suspect it will only be one day 🙁

I had a roommate that had gotten sick on leftovers too many times, so he got a phobia of leftovers.

It reminds me of the question on lemmy a while back about who puts their leftovers in the fridge and who just leaves them on the bench/counter.

Did they shrink him and steal his lasagne?

I like the alien version of the cat "hang in there" poster, in the background. It's a nice touch
