Absolutely always with absolutely everything, I'm not even sure there are exceptions to it. There isn't a single thing i don't mull over for days, sometimes even years.
Even with things that i assume i like/enjoy. Even using the word "assume" regarding something that i enjoy.
There isn't a thing i know for 100% certainty, everything is just a guesswork based on available evidence and that can change if more evidence surfaces.
Things are always your fault ! Or at least, that's how you should always consider the situation. By asking "What could I have done differently to avoid this ?", not by blaming yourself (blame is an entirely unhelpful way of thinking anyways).

Here's something you can know for certain: you just read this sentence :p
I jest, of course. I have OCD and general anxiety, and I constantly doubt my own decisions, opinions, and even mathematic skills.
Except, when I know I'm right. Then I turn stubborn as heck.

I just start to doubt whatever i am right, maybe i am wrong, it's not unlikely that i missed something.

Yeah, I get that a lot. I wish I knew how to deal with it. Maybe I'll ask my therapist or something.

Let me know what they told then. Kinda curious as to why and how to fix it.

Oh, all the damn time. My partner gets genuinely annoyed at me because I'm constantly apologizing.

You can only ever control your own actions.

Actually I’m the opposite. I’m extremely decisive and I have almost zero patience for people being indecisive.
That not to say I don’t frequently make terrible and horribly wrong decisions, I do. But I make them quickly and I commit to them.

The real question is: do I ever NOT doubt myself?
