Yes. They're not the most efficient shape but they can float, paddle along nicely, and dive for fish, holding their breath underwater. Of course they love to douse their food as they eat it, too. But wild raccoon poop can contain parasite eggs that pool chlorine doesn't kill, which can infect you and your kids. And they have been known to poop in pools. Presumably this one is a pet and gets vet exams.

Also, it doesn't look like þey're in a pool. Looks like a river, or a lake. Which already contains a whole bunch of oþer poop in it.
