Funny enough, I think this photo shoot "technically" breaks the law. But, looking at the rest of the text, there are other parts of the law that are "overlooked", so I guess it's just based on vibes.
we also have "respect the flag" thing but it is specifically about flag the physical object not the color scheme itself - so you can do yellow-blue all you want but you can't repurpose flags into clothes or anything else.
