Sacha Baron Cohen has wrapped production on a new Ali G film, which will bring his sketch comedy breakout back to the big screen. The character was previously featured in 2002’s “Ali G Indahouse.”
The film was shot in secret, much like Cohen operated on 2006’s “Borat” and 2020’s “Borat Subsequent Moviefilm,” two of his most popular movies.

Ah come on, what better way to calm the plebs from all this war and genocide than with some really crappy comedy?

Not just a crappy comedy, but one that does nothing but punch down.

Man, I tried to watch the second Borat movie a couple years ago and I couldn't get through it. Me and my friends thought the first one was the funniest shit.
I'm afraid to watch anything comedic from the early 00s because I don't need to find any more reasons to hate young me.
Except Homestarrunner dot com (it's dot com!)

I love Ali G!
Kinda expecting it to be shit I thought he retired this character because it only worked if people didn't know it was a character?
