Trying this today, purely for the caffeine content. Made it with my new moka pot. I've moved on from the cowboy sieve method, and to be honest, that pushes out a much cleaner kick.
The coffee itself tastes OK, not the worst out there, beats FDC hands down, and I definitely overloaded the moka pot, but I can see how this becomes an enjoyable cup. I would definitely buy this again.

If all you want is caffeine, get some Robusta it will taste better and fry your system.

that and the darker the roast on Arabica the less caffeine it has, so even a lighter breakfast roast will generally have more.

Or just get some actually enjoyable coffee and a cheap caffeine pill

Fwiw it's a robusta blend, and the whole "light roast = more caffeine" thing is actually moot, darker roasts are easier to extract, so the caffeine destroyed in the roasting is offset by being easier to extract into the cup.

Might consider this when I am stocking up. This was a random purchase today. I went into Walmart to buy something else entirely and ended up with coffee and a moka pot.

If it's for caffeine, and you like coffee enough to not use a caffeine pill, why not have tastier coffee but twice as many cups?
