Making sweeping statements about boomers is as bad as making sweeping statements about black people or gay people. It's an enormous group of diverse people, many of whom are progressive.
There actually was a big pushing trying to say that video games were the cause of all the violence.

I mean, even if video games would make someone more violent, that person can't do much damage if it doesn't have access to guns.
