I mean it's kinda true,

but it also true that the same job might just have been given to an AI, or eliminated in a stockholder pocket padding round of layoffs.

This is just more "blame Gen Z" justification of late stage capitalism.

I have never had the personality and temperment for networking. im X and somehow I was able to work just by finding work on merit with no one "getting me" the job. I find this who you know and blow bulltrump a bunch of well. bulltrump.

So, we're going to get a 3-day weekend to be able to build a network, right?

This will magically make there be enough jobs too
