Hi all, I’m wondering how the server’s going and want to toss a bit of money towards it.

Our secret is two-fold:

  1. The site is run by a couple of tech nerds with full-time jobs. This is not done for financial gain. We both think the other does all the work on the site. 😃
  2. The biggest cost of these sorts of services is usually labour. And we get that for free.

Cheers for all you guys do! I keep assuming hosting costs probably rise for the instance due to storage and bandwidth costs.

In this instance, Nath is wrong. He's been doing the heavy lifting for a long time, and I'm sure he knows it.

To be honest, I don't have time to give AZ the attention it really needs. And at some point I'll have had enough bankrolling most of it, and want to move on not worrying about it.

I'm not entirely sure how best to manage things when that day arrives. I'm open to ideas.
