I tapped on one of them and I got error after error not being able to resolve the url or something, it was very fast and I couldn't read the message. I had to restart the phone because I was unable to close the app, it kept bringing it back on even after putting the phone in airplane mode.
What are these icons next to the users names in the tagged list?

Voyager remembers the comment or post you tagged them on and brings you to it when you click that button. I'm guessing there's a bug when it's been deleted?

I guessed the same, that it had to be a deleted user. It was rather funny at first, after a minute I realised it was impossible to stop.

I don't have those icons, never had them, and I can only tag people on their profile. I'm on version 2.47.4 which afaik is the current one. Wtf am I doing wrong?

Long press someone's name on their comment or post and you can tag them there. You also probably need to have Settings - User Tags - Store Source Link enabled.

Thanks. Just Settings user tags was off for me (by default?). I was about to move apps.
