The video starts with Nerissa herself who does have massive ones indeed.
That seems to be the metagame for Vtubers in general. Not that it's universal, but very over represented.

Interesting that the change to English also needed a change to big ole anime titties.
The original made the gender presentation of the characters pretty clearly feminine, this version violently assaults you with it.
I guess that's a choice.
