Panoramax -- A project to collect and display street-level imagery, implemented as free and open source software. It allows the crowdsourcing of images, which are then openly licensed.

Really cool project, and I hope for its success! I have thoughts about its long term viability at scale, but the fact that they've already come so far is encouraging.

I sometimes use panoramax imaging when doing OSM edits! It's a wonderful thing to exist
