I found some humor in the face wash being cross dimensional because whenever I use my partners shampoo or body wash stuff there's always some bizarre extra things going on with it in a way that makes "cross dimensional" a perfect satire without being mean about it.
Not saying it's super deep but just commenting because I think I think that also serves as part of the premise of the comic.

I'm guessing the premise in this comic was just an excuse for the artist to draw that. He likes color.
