Yeah it's like now that they are finally trying, you can see bad it's become by how little it moves the needle.
After windows broke my laptop one day before a show, it's gonna be a really tough sell and they gotta first make it not actively suck, before they can actually make it good and start to convince me.

Or you know, load the search first time. So often lately you do a search and it just sits there with a blank menu.

I'd love to know the rate of return on ads that show up when you search for something. Does anyone actually want to buy anything from an intrusive search result? I can't imagine it's worth the aggravation.
To hear that they're pulling back from it in the future means we've been suffering on some executive's hope that we're just waiting to buy more all the time.
Too little, too late for many of their previous users.
