Too bad, because whatever the hell the Korean company was making was probably better than the upjumped twinkies that are Tokyo Bananas.

Say whatever you like, blame whatever you want, but it actually does look like it's an attempt to ride on the original brand's popularity. It's obviously easy to assume that the two are related.

ah yes "copying" a brand by having a box with a hand drawn style image of fruit and words on the box. so much copying going on right now...

let's just sue Dove for copying the idea of putting liquid or cream in a bottle with words describing the ingredients on it while we are at it.

As a layman in this industry, it's very confusing and intentional. I'd assume they're related, which is the problem.
