Yeah... even if that makes no sense. It will be easy for criminals to use tools that do not have backdoors, while chatcontrol breaches the privacy of normal innocent EU citizens.

If Chat Control becomes law, everyone's communications will become less secure. It's a matter of time until this insecurity is taken advantage of. And the politicians shouldn't think that they can escape this, because everyone uses the same products.
