Pretty much, yes. What's missing is food and some minor things like gloves. The rest is there: tarp and sleeping bag for sleeping, gas stove for cooking and all the layers of clothes (base layer, mid, wind stopper, dawn jacket, raincoat). Other things change depending on the hike.

Lower right corner. I just use a ziplock bag with some bandages, gaze, basic medicine, emergency blanket and so on.
