Used to be the cops would just shuffle the silly person away, no harm, no foul. Now, everyone is arrested. It's like if the cops don't arrest someone when they show up, or shoot someone who is unarmed and no threat--because we know if they're armed then the cops will hide--they think they aren't doing their job.
It's okay not to arrest silly people is all I'm saying.

My question is what would she be doing arrested for? Assuming she didn't have previous warrants or was previously banned from the mall, what would be the charge?
Maybe a cop making a joke and charging her for piracy but that would be immediately thrown out and the cop probably given a talk about not doing that.
