Considering how it was flying on the video, it is most probably downed. But I'm a mere random citizen, I may be wrong.
That doesn't looks like a typical final nose dive attack pattern like we see on all those refineries strikes, more like an out of control UAV after being struck by air defense.
You don't get to invade another county and then call them nazis. Is it bad that people die? Yes. But don't lose sight of the fact that YOUR COUNTRY IS INVADING THEM. How nice it must be to go to your resorts while you make their home a war zone.
And while we're at it, let's not forget this huge list of Russian war crimes
