I went on the pt-br nintendo website and looked at the last warioware game (as far as I can tell).
No portuguese in this list. I did also check the pt-pt website and same result

Yeah, you might be right. I thought I saw it somewhere, but can't find it anymore. I must've been dreaming.
I guess the translated names might come from booklets or an official online source.
