This was not a nationwide decision, but it is certainly a good start. We should continue to see this up the judicial tree.

All guns should have a suppressor. Anything else is an assault on my hearing. Doesn't matter if I'm shooting the gun, or walking by (presumably in a safe location). Fear of suppressors is driving by Hollywood where they are not suppressors but silencers and do something physically impossible.
