In theory if it works, that could be amazing. But judging by every single "AI" product I've seen, its gonna kill people

No, it's absolutely terrible. AI can't take a call from a domestic abuse victim pretending to order pizza so that the abuser standing next to them doesn't catch on that they're pleading for help. This will get people killed.
