I wonder how functional it was. Love the idea and I hope more communities start taking back the power from those that are abusing the populace. It's going to have to be from the ground up.

Pretty sure 0% functional. The blade doesnt sit in a rail and seems to be fixed to the top. The head shackle doesnt have any moving parts either. The bottom doesnt have a slit for the blade to go through. Also zero weight ofc. At that drop height you would need like a 100kg blade to cut through a neck cleanly.
