I always think "Once tomorrow starts then it's my "work block" and then I'll feel like crap and never come back to it and it will never be realized" :(
At midnight my wife is doomscrolling facebook reels to wind down, and I'm playing a puzzle game called "writing a regex for a fail2ban filter". I'm sure that doomscrolling is relaxing too.
