Watcha reading and whatcha reading it on?
I'm reading 2 different books. I switch between them depending on my mood.
I'm reading two fiction books: Starfish (a future tech undersea thing) by Peter Watts, and The Gray Man (former CIA operative on run thing) by Mark Greaney.
Reading on my Xteink 4.

Maybe I should try that. I'm working through Crime and Punishment right now and it's kind of a tedious and grim read, maybe I'd read more often if I didn't have to be in the mood for that one specific book every time I pick up my kobo.

For me, it's the best use case for how I read. I keep mulitple books and go between them. I love the old public domain books, and how dense they are with their prose. But I rarely read them all at once. I will read a couple of chapters for a day or so, then maybe for a short break, I want something lighter and more modern.
Being able to carry multiple books around is my fav thing about ereaders. Of course, sometimes I get stay in the mood for a book and finish it straight through because it's gripped me so much, but more times than not, I read based on my mood and time I have.
This is the first time in a while that I've had my two current reads both be modern. Mostly I go back and forth between early 20th century lit and modern stuff. Usually read one for a couple of days before switching out. Lately I've been reading at a much quicker pace, so really going through a lot of great books.

I don't know that I necessarily love public domain stuff. I definitely love some of them, but they're free is a big draw 😆

The free part is what got me started on them. Eventually I just fell in love with the language and how things were written back then. I wish I would have liked classic lit this much when I was in high school, because my english lit class would have been a lot easier! lol

I can generally only have two books on the go if one is fiction and one is non-fiction. That said, I'm reading Green Dot by Madeleine Gray, a fun literary fiction book I've kind of stalled progress on, and so I started Why Can't I Just Enjoy Things by Pierre Novellie alongside it - a book by a stand-up comedian about getting diagnosed with an autistic spectrum disorder as an adult.
Reading both on a Bigme Read 6" - I don't love the limited Android-based stock rom it ships with (or the middling battery life), but I basically never leave KOReader so I don't have to deal with it much.

I'm reading three books: the obligatory Perry Rhodan (I started waaaay too late so this will take a while), a science book in my field and one book about trees by Peter Wohlleben. Additionally I am reading a Manga (Demon Slayer) - the first one that I continued without losing interest after the first few pages.
Reading all of them on my PocketBook, but I also have the books on my phone in case I'm stuck somewhere and don't have the PocketBook with me.

I have discovered romamce books with a bit of sex recently so I am just soaking these in. In the last week I finised like 3 books, in order:
On the side, when I dont feel like diving into a book I read one or two shortstories from A Dream of a Woman by Casey Platt, one of my favorite Authors :)

To be honest the last week have been giving me extra reading time, I am on a worktrip where there isn't always much to do and I am in the countryside so the weekends and evening a spend reading without an interruption haha ^^
